1. What data we collect

User nickname — a unique identifier automatically generated when creating an account. The user has the right to change the nickname independently, provided that the chosen option is not used by other users. This identifier is used exclusively for internal tracking of user actions in the system.

Personal data processing is carried out for the following purposes:
Email address is used for:
- Ensuring the user authentication process by sending one-time confirmation codes
- Restoring access to the account
- Sending notifications about significant changes in the service operation or personal data processing conditions
Nickname is used for:
- Technical tracking of operations for adding product information to the database
- Ensuring the possibility of moderation and quality control of added information
- Preventing abuse and violations of service usage rules
We do not use your personal data for marketing purposes, to show targeted advertising, or to build behavioral profiles of users.
3. Data security
We apply a set of technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of personal data:
- Data storage is carried out on protected servers with implemented access control mechanisms

- Right to change nickname without restrictions on the number of changes
- Right to change email address (available no more than once within seven calendar days)
- Right to delete account and all associated personal data
To exercise these rights, you can use the corresponding functions in your personal account or contact support service.
7. Account deletion
When deleting an account:
- Email address and user nickname are permanently deleted from the system
- Information about products added by the user to the database is retained to ensure service functioning, however, the connection to a specific user is deleted
- Recovery of a deleted account is impossible
8. Consent to the policy
Creating an account and using the service functionality means your consent to this Privacy Policy and the conditions of personal data processing outlined in this document.
If you do not agree with the terms of this Policy, you should refrain from using the service.
9. Policy changes
We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy.
When making significant changes affecting the procedure for processing personal data, we will notify you by sending a corresponding message to the email address specified during registration, no less than 7 calendar days before the changes come into force.
Continued use of the service after the changes come into force means your consent to the updated version of the Privacy Policy.
